The Xarian Citizens NFTs is the third project created by X.. The Head City Council (DAO) will earn an additional 10% XARA and thearians will earn a set XARA staking reward of 3XARA per day.. The tribe with the most Xara NFTs after 3 months gets voted in as the Head Council (DAO) and remains in the Head Council role until another Tribe.
