The aim of the OsmiumDAO project is to provide a suite of values to its members.. The OsmiumDAO will be a community driven investment unit where all members/participants decide and vote on certain investment opportunities which will be taken upon with treasury funds and all proceeds from such investments, will be used for further development.. The OsmiumDAO native token ($OSM) and the community membership card (NFT) will be managed by people around the world, through a democratic on-chain system of governance.. The project will use existing open source tools to implement its governance structure which includes public multi sig wallet to manage community funds, multi sig wallet to hold and manage $OSM token emission, and other DAO specific management elements. The OsmiumDAO community will be used as a basis for investment strategies.. Initially, it will be an investment unit on Cardano, and eventually it will be extended to all other blockchains, as suggested by the community.. OsmiumDAO is likely to control a multi-sig wallet on different blockchains, centralized exchanges and other market options.. The proceeds from all of these investments will be used to further develop the DAO and reward participants.. It will be decided by pioneers.. Investment options include, but are not limited to, preseed and seed sales, IDO, IEO, ISPO, long term token holding.. The OsmiumShares OG NFT will allow holders to participate in our Working Groups and receive OSM in exchange for performing various tasks..
