Kojo Marfo is a London based artist.. As a child, Kojo was exposed to traditional Akan artifacts, sculptures and carvings, which are a vital source of strength for Marfo.. He references traditional Akan art to highlight some of the social issues.. After travelling to New York and London, Marfo developed a unique style that covers his wide range of influences in an effort to express his experiences and comment on society.
