The Xarian Citizens NFTs is the third project created by X.. Xarians will earn 3 XARA per day, however the Head City Council will earn an additional 10% XARA as well.. After 3 months, the tribe with the most Xara City NFTs gets voted in as the Head Council and stays there until another tribe takes over.
